We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong product. Providing clear photos or video of the issue will help us resolve the matter quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Special orders

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the product under the guidelines above and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Please note that it may take additional time for banks or credit card providers to process the refund.

Replacements

After Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly. In special cases, we may review these situations individually, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
